Training, compliance & maintenance for global aviation

EASA Part-147 type training, Part-145 line maintenance with 24/7 AOG cover, compliance consulting and technical recruitment. One approved partner for operators and MROs across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

What we do

Four divisions, one accountable partner

Compliance consulting, EASA Part-147 type training, Part-145 line maintenance with 24/7 AOG cover, and technical recruitment. Each stands on its own approval, and together they carry an aircraft from the classroom to the ramp.
Approved & proven

Approved by the authority, proven on the ramp

Bosio holds EASA Part-147 and Part-145 approvals issued by AESA in Spain. Both certificates are public and free to download. The numbers behind them come from work already delivered for operators and MROs across EMEA.
800+ Engineers certified
40,000+ Training hours delivered
140 Programmes run
24/7 AOG response cover

Client story
We needed a Part-145 approval from scratch. Bosio wrote the exposition, prepped our post-holders and stood beside us through the audit. We passed first time.

Why Bosio

We build the system an inspector signs

An EASA approval is not a certificate on a wall. It is a working system of manuals, procedures, records and qualified people that stands up in front of the authority. Our people have set up Part-145 and Part-147 organisations from nothing, written the expositions, and sat across the table from the inspector. We do the same for you, and we leave your team able to run it without us.
Why Bosio
How we work

One partner across the full aviation lifecycle

Approvals, trained engineers, line maintenance and technical crews. Whether you are standing up a new organisation or keeping one flying, we work at the exact level of detail an EASA inspection demands.
Signing an approval document
Compliance & approvals
Part-145 and Part-147 approval setup, CAMO support, MOE and exposition development, audit and gap analysis, and post-holder mentoring through EASA Form 4. We build the compliance architecture your approval lives in.
Technical instructor teaching an engineering class
Type training & examination
EASA Part-147 approved type and recurrent training in any aircraft type, through any organisation. Ninety percent online with examinations in person, so your people certify without grounding the roster. Approval ES.147.023.
Aircraft on the apron at night during a turnaround
Line maintenance & 24/7 AOG
EASA Part-145 line maintenance for the A320 Family and B737, with a round-the-clock AOG desk based in Barcelona. When you ground an aircraft overnight, our engineers are on the ramp before your duty manager calls back. Approval ES.145.281.
Aircraft on the apron at sunrise
Technical recruitment
Licensed engineers, mechanics and complete technical crews placed with operators and MROs across EMEA, including active helicopter projects. Every engineer we send has already passed an engineer's screening, not a recruiter's.

FAQ

Questions we get in the inbox

The ones that come up before every project. If yours is not here, ask us directly and a real person answers.

Both. Courses run at our Madrid training centre, and we deliver on site at your facility when that fits your shift patterns better. Practical elements can be split between the two.

It depends on the scope you apply for and how complete your documentation already is. Send us what you have and what you are applying for, and you get a realistic sequence back rather than a generic timeline.

Our approvals are issued by AESA under EASA rules, so the training and examinations we deliver carry EASA recognition. If you need them accepted by an authority outside EASA, tell us which one and we confirm before you commit to anything.

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We read the findings, rewrite what needs rewriting, prepare the post-holders for the follow-up and stay with you through the re-audit.

Barcelona is our Part-145 line maintenance base and the AOG desk is staffed around the clock. For a grounded aircraft, call the desk rather than emailing. You reach an engineer, not a ticket queue.

Both. Technical recruitment is a separate division: licensed engineers and technical crews placed with operators and MROs across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, on a project basis or permanently.
