Technical recruitment

Licensed engineers, placed and ready to sign

We place B1, B2 and support staff with operators and MROs across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Because we also train and examine engineers, we know what a licence covers before anyone reaches your hangar.

Why it works

We know the licence because we issue the training

A CV tells you what someone claims. A Part-147 organisation knows what the type rating actually covers and what still needs a differences course, which is a very different conversation.

Verified, not assumed

Licences, type ratings and currency are checked against what the role requires before anyone is put forward.

Gaps closed in house

If a candidate is close but short of a rating, we can train the difference rather than dropping the file.

Placed across EMEA

Engineers and crews working across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, on project contracts or permanently.

Who we place

Roles we are asked to fill

Tell us the type, the station, the start date and whether it is a project or a permanent seat. That is enough for us to come back with real availability.
