2. Purpose
This Return and Cancellation Policy sets out the terms under which clients may cancel, modify, or request refunds for services contracted with Bosio Consulting S.L. through our website or other channels, in accordance with Spanish and European consumer protection legislation.
3. Applicability
This policy applies to:
- Purchases of training courses, online or in person;
- Consulting services;
- Any digital or physical product offered directly by Bosio Consulting S.L.
It does not apply to services rendered under separate contracts or to corporate training agreements where customized terms are established.
4. Right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
4.1 For individual consumers
Under Article 102 and following of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without justification and without penalty, provided that:
- The service has not yet commenced (training not started, materials not delivered).
- The withdrawal request is made within 14 days from the date of payment or contract confirmation.
To exercise this right, the consumer must notify Bosio Consulting in writing at info@bosio.consulting, stating full name, service purchased, payment reference, and date of purchase.
Bosio Consulting will confirm receipt and process the request within 14 calendar days.
5. Exceptions to withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- When the training course or consultancy service has already started with the client’s prior consent.
- When the service involves customized or personalized content prepared specifically for the client.
- When digital materials (manuals, study guides, access credentials) have already been delivered or accessed.
- For corporate or institutional clients contracting under commercial agreements.
6. Refund conditions
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing time may vary between 7 and 14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
- Full refund: if withdrawal occurs within 14 days and before service delivery.
- Partial refund: if partial services have been rendered or administrative expenses incurred.
- No refund: once a course has commenced or materials have been accessed.
Bosio Consulting reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative and banking fees from the refund amount.
7. Cancellations or postponements by Bosio Consulting
In the unlikely event that Bosio Consulting must cancel or reschedule a course or service:
- Clients will be offered a new date or the option of a full refund.
- In cases of force majeure (e.g. travel restrictions, instructor illness, or regulatory changes), Bosio Consulting will promptly notify participants and propose suitable alternatives.
8. Procedure for cancellations or refund requests
- Email info@bosio.consulting with the subject “Refund Request, [Your Name]”.
- Include proof of payment, the course or service name, and a brief explanation.
- You will receive confirmation of receipt within 48 hours.
- The request will be reviewed and processed according to this policy.
9. Consumer protection authority
If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Agencia Española de Consumo, Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutrición (AECOSAN) or the Oficina Municipal de Información al Consumidor (OMIC) in your municipality.
You also have the right to seek redress through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Return and Cancellation Policy is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from its interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ciudad Real, Spain.
